EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS

As we carry a limited inventory to cater for those looking for a unique and personal style, we currently only accept exchange or refund if an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown. 

We will provide a replacement product or refund the purchase price and delivery charges (only if the product is out-of-stock) in the country in which they were purchased, subject to the following conditions :

1. Items must be returned within 7 working days of product reception with the original receipt or other proof of purchase

2. You must contact us and provide image / images of the item showing the defect within 3 days upon reception
    *The image must be clear and large enough to show the problem

3. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.

4. The returned items must not be stock clearance items

You will receive a replacement product (same style and colour as the original purchase) or the purchase price and delivery charges (if the product is out-of-stock) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-4 above. 

Note:
Any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Exchanges or refunds can be made by return post or in ASMIRE office.

If you wish to exchange an item which is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, please contact our customer care team by either phone or email as below within 3 days upon porduct reception:

Please provide the following information so we can assist you as quickly as possible:

1. Your name
2. Date your order was placed
3. Your Order Reference Number
4. Date of product reception
5. Brief description of the problem you are experiencing
6. Image / images of the item showing the defect

Once we agree on the returns, please fill out the Returns and Exchanges Form attached on the invoice, and return it together with the item to us via one of the following methods: (For HONG KONG orders only)

1. Drop off returns in person at ASMIRE office.
    ASMIRE office address: Unit A, 9/F, Kee Shing Centre, 74-76 Kimberley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong

2. Arrange for delivery of returns to ASMIRE office with any delivery provider of your choice

If you arrange for delivery of returns with S.F. Express please do the following:

i) Fill in "Shipper’s Information" and "Receiver's Information" on Airway Bill slip from S.F. Express and tick paid by "Receiver"
ii) Inform ASMIRE customer service customer@asmirestore.com of the Airway Bill number
   *Returns made in this manner with S.F. Express will be FREE – paid for by ASMIRE.  

Please note that returns made with any other delivery provider (including normal post) will not be paid for by ASMIRE.

Please retain all proof of postage or drop-off until we have confirmed by email that your refund has been processed. Once we have received your returned item(s) meeting conditions 1-4 above, a confirmation email will be sent to you when we completed the refund.

For China and international orders, we will share the return methods via email after we received the request and agreed the returns.
