How do I create an ASMIRE account?

Step 1: Please click on “Account” on the top right hand corner of any page, and select “Log In / Register” 

Step 2: Click “Create an  Account”, fill in your details as requested and click “Submit” OR you can log in with your Facebook account
*Only Facebook account registered with email address is accepted

Step 3: Registration should now be completed and you should receive a confirmation e-mail to the email address you registered with.

 

How do I update my details on my account?

Step 1: Click on “Account” at the top right hand side of the page and log in to your account 

Step 2: To make any changes to your details, please click on the “Edit” button for each section 

Step 3: Click on “Save” once you have made and ascertained the updated information

 

Is there a Chinese version of the website?

What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) by default, you can use the currency converter on the top of every page to get an estimate on what an Order will cost you in your preferred currency.

 

What currency will ASMIRE bill for the orders?

We do not convert the total price of orders into other currencies. We will bill your credit cards or PayPal account in Hong Kong Dollars and the card company or PayPal will convert the charges for you. If you have any questions about currency conversions please contact your bank or financial institution.

You can use the currency converter on the top of every page to get an estimate on what an order will cost you in your preferred currency, however this should be used as a guide only.

 

How do I know what size to buy?

For specific measurements and size details for items, please refer to the individual product description.

 

How do I use discount codes?

Using the discount voucher code to enjoy savings is as easy as 1-2-3! Simply: 

Step 1: Go to the cart page when you have selected the item which you would like to purchase 

Step 2: In the discount codes field, enter the coupon code you have received 

Step 3: Click on “Apply Coupon" to enjoy the discount

 

What forms of payment does ASMIRE accept?

We offer a number of payment methods:

1. Credit Cards Via Paypal: Visa, MasterCard and American Express (No PayPal account is needed)

2. PayPal

3. Cash (Only applicable for the "Order & Collect" checkout option)

 

What should I do if I’m not able to place my order? 

If an error message keeps occurring in your check out process, more often than not there is a credit card problem, or a defect with the billing or shipping address you are trying to use. Please email us at customer@asmirestore.com , we can process your order manually via email. 

 

How long should I expect my order confirmation email?

Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, please send an email to customer@asmiretore.com.

 

Does ASMIRE ship internationally?

We ship internationally.

International orders will be shipped via FedEx International only. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 5-10 business days from the order date. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number once the order is packed and shipped. In some countries, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. We are not responsible for payment of this duty. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

FedEx will try delivering for 3 consecutive business days. If unsuccessful, FedEx will notify us to help contact the customer for an alternative option such as redirection/return to sender. If we cannot contact the customer within 5 business day the package will be destroyed by FedEx. We are not accountable for any packages destroyed by FedEx.

*FedEx do not deliver to a PO BOX address. Please use a residential address, or work address where you will be available to sign for your parcel.

 

Does ASMIRE charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping to Hong Kong residents.

China and Macau orders will be charged a flat delivery fee of HK$30.

Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand orders will be charged a flat delivery fee of HK$60(approx. US$7.7).

Australia and Japan orders will be charged a flat delivery fee of HK$100(approx. US$12.8).

Orders from other countries / cities will be charged a flat delivery fee of HK$150(approx. US$19.2).

 

How does "Order & Collect" work?

Customers can pay and pick-up their purchased products at ASMIRE office. You can simply click the "Order & Collect" option during checkout, once the order is placed, you will receive an email from us stating the pick-up time slots and details. Please reply the email within 3 business days to confirm your preferred time slot, and we will arrange the pick-up accordingly. If we receive no reply within 3 business days, we will release the stock held for your order to other customers.

*We only accept cash payment for this option.

 

What is the delivery lead time for my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.

Please allow up to 1-5 business days to process your order, we will send out products in 5 working days.
*For pre-order items, unless otherwise specified, we will send them within 3 weeks upon purchase.

For Hong Kong and Macau orders, we use S.F. Express or Hong Kong Post, please allow 3-4 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive.

For China orders, we use S.F. Express / YTO Express / STO Express / ZTO Express, please allow 3-5 business days from the date of shipment for your parcel to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays and the delivery time frame excludes delays caused during international custom’s processing.  

*Please note that this is not a guaranteed timeframe and delays may occur. 

 

How can I track my order?

You can track your order:

1. By referring to the Order Shipped email which is dispatched to you once your order is with our delivery partners. A tracking link, which leads to our delivery partners’ tracking site, is available on the email for you to check the location of your order.

2. You can track your order on our website as well, Simply click “Track Order" on the bottom of every page, and enter your order id and email address to check the status of your parcel.

 

Can I return items if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?

Sorry, as we carry a limited inventory to cater for those looking for a unique and personal style, we currently only accept exchange or refund if an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown. More details please refer to Exchange and Refund Policy.
